Coaching Services
Who This Is For
This coaching is for individuals who are:
Preparing for an upcoming amputation
Newly amputated and adjusting to life after surgery
Living with limb loss and feeling stuck, uncertain, or ready for change
Returning to sport or redefining performance
It is also for:
Parents supporting a child through amputation
Partners, loved ones, and caretakers navigating the transition alongside an amputee
What We Focus On
Coaching is centered around what is called the 4 Rs:
Rebuild
Amputation changes more than movement. We focus on rebuilding identity, confidence, and internal stability. This includes redefining how you see yourself and what is still possible.
Reframe
Thought patterns matter. We examine limiting beliefs, fear narratives, and performance anxiety. The goal is not blind positivity — it is realistic, grounded perspective.
Reclaim
You may have lost a limb. You have not lost your agency. This stage focuses on reclaiming ownership over goals, routines, and direction — whether in sport, career, or daily life.
Rise
Progress is incremental. We build structured goals, accountability systems, and forward momentum. Rising is not dramatic. It is consistent, sustainable growth over time.
These principles guide the coaching process, but how they show up will depend on your stage and priorities.
